Talia is a facilitator, team coach, and visual thinking specialist who helps teams turn messy ideas into clarity and action. With a background in Organisational Psychology and over 13 years' experience in learning and development, agile coaching, and leadership facilitation, she brings energy, creativity, and human connection to everything she does.

She is passionate about using technology and AI to help teams work smarter and make work more meaningful.

Talia is a thought leader in agile and visual facilitation. She has presented at fifteen local and international conferences, and is a National Standard Bank Rising Stars Award recipient.

Annalinde is a connector, facilitator, and team coach with over 15 years' multi-industry experience helping teams and organisations improve their ways of work. Trained in facilitation, agile coaching, and relationship systems coaching, she’s dedicated to helping teams reflect and collaborate; unlocking potential by deepening human relationships and maximising technology.

She challenges the status quo, facilitates difficult conversations, and fosters psychological safety for teams navigating change.

She’s been a regular speaker at the Regional Scrum Gathering South Africa and other industry events, bringing rigour, warmth, (and GIFs!) to everything she does.
